On April 6, 2007, EM Hotel Costa Vista celebrated its 1st year anniversary and as part of the celebrations, the much popular FM Okinawa radio program “Happy Island” had a live broadcast at the hotel bar lounge. With the scenic Okinawan ocean, sky and homes viewed from the wide glass bar wall, the guests were treated to a couple of hours mix of live music, interviews, and drawing of hotel stays, dinner tickets, and other prizes. In behalf of everyone at EMCO, EMCO`s general manager, Masakazu Kudaka took the opportunity live on the air, to thank the many EM users who have supported us and patronize our products. Similarly, the live interview was also an excellent opportunity to tell people about how the locally-born EM Technology is continuing to spread in various parts of the world.

In lieu of the 1st year anniversary celebrations, EMCO had the hotel café lounge, Café Vista,open all day on April 6th to serve the guests who have come to the live radio broadcast or to visit the hotel. EMCO has taken over the running of the Costa Vista Hotel lobby café lounge. While the official opening is set to be on April 27th, the 1st year anniversary was a good opportunity to give the guests a tidbit of what we have to offer at Café Vista from April 27th. Our menu line-up offers an exciting mix of tasty and high-quality organic and EM-grown products from our international sources such as Costa Rican coffee, Hawaiian Kona coffee, wines from various countries, teas from India, beer from Germany, etc. We sure hope the guests had a good time and we look forward to serving them at the café lounge from April 27th!
